Mary Traufler

Mary Traufler is a real estate professional with more than a decade of experience across residential, commercial, and operational leadership roles. She currently serves as the Operations and Strategic Manager for Contract For Deed LLC, where she helps clients secure creative financing solutions to purchase residential and commercial properties—particularly when traditional lending options fall short. Known for her ability to think outside the box, Mary plays a key role in structuring opportunities that allow buyers and investors to move forward with confidence.

Mary has been a licensed real estate agent for over ten years and currently holds her brokerage licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin, along with an active real estate license in Florida. Her professional background spans property management, residential sales, transaction coordination, and new construction – giving her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle from acquisition to completion.

Earlier in her career, Mary served as a Managing Broker for a brokerage specializing in new construction sales where she helped guide agents and oversee complex projects. She also held the role of Vice President of Business Operations for a general contracting company, further strengthening her expertise in construction, land development, HOA management, operations, and business strategy.

While Mary’s career reflects a deep commitment to real estate and business excellence, she considers her most rewarding role to be being a mother to her three children, a responsibility that continues to shape her values, work ethic and dedication to helping others build strong foundations for their futures.
